Our Solution

Lumenware Studio architected and developed a powerful, modular SaaS platform that brings all school management functions under one roof. We created an intuitive admin dashboard with clear navigation between major modules: Admissions & Enrollment (featuring a custom form builder and public application portal), Student Lifecycle Management (with attendance tracking via QR codes and geolocation), HR & Staff Management (complete with contract management and payroll), and Finance & Payments (with automated fee management and expense tracking). We implemented role-based access control, ensuring each user type sees only relevant information. The platform features real-time analytics dashboards showing graduation rates, enrollment trends, and financial health. We designed dedicated portals for parents and students, enabling them to track grades, attendance, and payments independently. The entire system is mobile-responsive and optimized for performance.
